Abstract	This research paper focuses on a number of theoretical and legal issues relating to the specifics of the educative influence exerted by a public prosecutor on the objects of professional activity in the area of criminal justice. The proposed research article analyzes such functions of the public prosecution bodies as supervision and public prosecution which are inseparable from the educative influence exerted by public prosecutors within the framework of criminal justice.
